How long are the workouts?

Our goal is to put you into a workout program that is appropriate for you.  Therefore, your workout will be whatever length is right for you.  Usually between 30-60 minutes.  

How many days per week do I need to come?

Most of our clients come somewhere between 2-6 times per week. For those doing express workouts it works better if you can come more frequently.

What if I am a beginner?

Most of the clients we have are beginner and you don’t need to get in shape before starting.  We are very skilled at putting you into a plan that is appropriate for you.


What are your hours?

We open at 5:30AM and take our last sessions at 6:15PM.   All workouts are scheduled by appointment with your trainer.


How flexible is your schedule?  

We have a very flexible schedule and can work with just about anyone’s schedule.  We have many clients that travel frequently or just have irregular schedules.  

What if I have an injury?

If you have an injury and you are cleared by your doctor to exercise we can more than likely work with you.   We can either work around the area or possibly strengthen the area.  If you have questions about whether or not we can help feel free to call us or email us at [email protected]
