Typically Most Personal Trainers Would Charge $1,440 for 6 Weeks of Training.

Assuming 4 workouts per week at $60 per workout.

What if I am a beginner?

Most of the clients we have are beginners and you don’t need to get in shape before starting.  We are very skilled at putting you into a plan that is appropriate for you.

What if I already exercise consistently?

If you already have a habit or exercising this 40 Day Challenge is still a great opportunity to get guidance from a trainer in order to accelerate your results.  One of our goals is to put you into a program that is appropriate for you, whether you are a beginner or more advanced. 

What are your hours?

We open at 5:30AM and take our last sessions at 6:15PM.   All workouts are scheduled by appointment with your trainer.

Are the Sessions 1 on 1 Personal Training

You will be given a personalized workout just for you and one of our trainers will guide you through the workout, but they may have a few other clients they are working with at the same time.  

How flexible is your schedule?  

We have a very flexible schedule and can work with just about anyone’s schedule.  We have many clients that travel frequently or just have irregular schedules.  

What if I have an injury?

If you have an injury and you are cleared by your doctor to exercise we can more than likely work with you.   We can either work around the area or possibly strengthen the area.  If you have questions about whether or not we can help feel free to call us or email us at [email protected]
