Train in the Gym With Us

Training with us in the gym is the best option for those looking to transform their health.   We realize that many people have fears when it comes to training in a gym but we offer a very private, friendly and encouraging atmosphere   Our training takes place in small groups (typically 3-6 people) as a trainer walks you through our system.   When you train in our gym you will receive the following:

  • Small group training sessions (typically 3-6 people)
  • Monthly Challenges
  • The Yearly Cycle

Month to Month Memberships

Most of our memberships are month to month and you can stop after any month.  

If you are ready to commit to a longer period of time we do also offer 6 month and year long plans. 

Flexible Scheduling

One of the biggest reasons why people struggle with their health is busy schedules.  

All training sessions are scheduled with a trainer and we offer a very flexible schedule.  We can work with just about any schedule.  Ideally, we try to get you into a rhythm at the same times and days each week if possible.   We open at 5:30 AM and take our last appointments at 6:15 PM.

If you travel a lot we can typical work with your schedule and be flexible with you.


2 Training Options:

Express Workouts:

The express workouts are 25-30 minute long workouts.   The express workouts are more cost effective and allow you to come more days per week at a lower price.   We have found that one of the biggest keys to success for people is rhythm.  If we can get you to the gym more often even if it is for a shorter workout the results seem to accelerate.  

 

Full Workouts:

The Full workouts are 45 minute long sessions and they are great for those who are slightly more advanced or want to workout for a longer period of time.  The other factor is that if you can only get to the gym for a few days per week then the full workouts may be more effective if you have the endurance built up for the longer sessions.  Part of the discovery process is putting you into the program that will be the best fit for you.  

Nutrition Plans:

All new clients receive an email series that walks you through the foundations of how to eat properly.  If you would like extra help with your nutrition we do offer programs that can provide extra guidance and accountability.

With your nutrition we work on staying balanced and finding the types and amounts of food that allow you to stay healthy, lean, have good energy, and make progress in your workouts.  The other important part of nutrition is making sure you are consistent and can sustain what you are doing for a lifetime.  

With your nutrition it is important to know that there are no foods that are off limits but certain foods help you to reach your goals better than others. Nutrition should not be stressful. 

What to Expect:

Just show up and follow the plan
One of the things we hear from clients all the time is they like just having to show up.  They don’t have to figure out what to do.  You make decisions all day long and it is nice to let someone else show you what to do for a change. We have a system that works.  We will put you into a workout program that is right for you.  If you just show up and go through the workouts consistently you will make progress.

I am not saying that you can just coast through everything and get great results.   To get results you will have to put in some work.  What I am saying is that we will give you the tools you need to be successful.  If you show up consistently and do the work you will make progress.  

We can save you years of frustration of trying to figure out what to do.  
We can work around or with your limitations
Many people worry that a certain issue or injury will limit what they can do.  We are very skilled at either working around or with any limitations that you may have.  There is almost always something you can do and a way that we can help.

We have two payment options. You can pay $40 per session or choose one of our monthly payment options below. We do also have an unlimited training option for those interested in training every day.
