Does this program include workouts?
In week 5 on Fitness you will see all of the workouts we do in our gym with instructions on how to execute them, video demonstrations of all exercises, and tracking sheets.
What Equipment is needed for the workouts?
If you are a beginner the early phases of the workout require no equipment at all. As you get more advanced you will need access to weights. Ideally a full gym setting but the course will also show you how to adapt the workout to what you have available.
What if I have questions?
There is a comments section in each module where you can make comments or leave questions.
Is this for beginners only or can people who are more advanced still benefit from this?
This program works great for those who are beginners or who have never exercises before. However, one of the things we have seen is that for those who are advanced usually the thing it takes to get to the next level is to reinforce your foundation.
