    What is more important for losing body fat - exercise or nutrition? Jack Lalanne used to say that exercise is king and nutrition is queen. For many of you your bodyweight is pretty close to where you want it to be but your body still does not look the way you want it to. Nutrition is important and I don't want to downplay the importance of good nutrition but when it comes to changing your body exercise is king. In order to transform your body you must live at a higher level of vibration or level of increased activity. There are two ways to do this. The first is with non-stressful activities such as walking, stretching, yoga, playing games, etc. The second way to increase your energy expenditure is through increased workout performance. The problem is your body can only handle so much high intensity work so for most people the first step is to increase your non-stressful activities.

    The take home message here is that if you already eat pretty well and you want to take your body to the next level the answer is almost always a higher level of activity.
