    Several years ago I came across an article about a couple in their 80's who were at a wedding. They were dancing like they were still in their 20's or 30's and several people asked them what their secret was. They said that their secret was a series of flexibility and strength exercises they did every morning. They also said that their goal every day is to restore their strength and flexibility to at least where it was the day before.

    It is a universal principle that anything you don't take care of is lost over time. The good news is that through some simple routines that are done consistently you can offset this process. One of the routines we use for health is The Daily Mobility Routine.  

    Down below is a link for the new mobility routine we use to start all of our workouts with in the gym. We also encourage all of our clients to do this routine every day. We recently upgraded this routine and this is the new video. It only takes 5-10 minutes but it is one of the most bang for your buck things you can do for your health and fitness.
