Take a Crayon to Your Food Journal

A few years ago at a nutrition seminar I learned about a lady who was having great success with clients by having them take crayons to their food journals. If they ate something green such as spinach she would have them color around the word spinach with a green crayon. She would have the clients go through their whole day with the crayons and then at the end she would ask them what colors were missing. You can learn more by checking out the video.
There is also a new video up on the difference between being interested in change and committed to change. One of the things I have learned about changing your body or anything else in life is that you must commit. You can't be half way in and you can't get started and then look back. You must commit if you really want to transform.
