Unknown ways to handle stress better

We all know that having less stress and more peace is good for our health. Intuitively you know what stress can do to your body. So how can you prepare your body to handle stress better? The Bible says that a heart at peace brings life to the body. We all have issues and problems going on in our lives but you get to choose whether or not you let these things bother you. When things are trying to stress you out the first step is to choose to not let things bother you. Next, lets look at 4 ways to prepare your body so that it can actually handle stress better.
1) Water/salt - high levels of stress deplete salt in the body. Therefore, by making sure that you are hydrated and that your water and salt are in balance you actually help your body handle stress.
2) Hip Flexors - Every muscle in the body is linked to an organ system and the hip flexors are linked to the stress pathway in the body. Spending some time getting your hips open and strong also helps your body to handle more stress.
3) Work Capacity - During your workouts focus on developing higher levels of work capacity, which is just your ability to do more work without getting tired. As your work capacity grows you are training your body to handle more stress.
4) Belly Fat - The stress hormone cortisol has been linked to belly fat. If you reduce your belly fat you help your body handle stress and as you reduce your stress it is easier to lose belly fat.
All 4 of these things work together in that they are all interconnected with your stress levels. For example, improving your waters/salt levels makes it easier to open your hip flexors, develop your work capacity, and lose belly fat while also helping to reduce stress.
